Since forming in late 2015\, the band has charmed audiences with their clever mix of psychedelic rock and reverb-drenched surf music\, sky-high beehives\, go-go boots\, and eyeliner as thick as their guitar strings. \nThe band achieved viral online notoriety from their home-made\nperformance videos and their feature by Norman’s Rare Guitars in LA. The debut 45 single “Party Line / Toxic” released late 2018 on Hi-Tide Recordings to immediate success. This will be his final DJ set in Fargo\, and a celebration of everything this city has meant to him\, his family\, and the WEAREONE collective he built from the ground up.\nRichard has been a fixture of the Fargo-Moorhead creative scene since 2013. As a DJ and MC\, he has produced concert-level experiences across North Dakota and nationally\, collaborating with over 60 partners through WEAREONE\, his DJ collective and social agency. He has been featured in Fargo INC.\, TRENDSETTERS\, and Living in Fargo-Moorhead Metro\, and was selected as a 2025 Bush Fellow by the Bush Foundation for his work using music as a tool for community healing and inclusion.\nThe Farewell Cookout is more than a show. It is a proper sendoff that is warm\, celebratory\, and wide open to everyone who has ever been part of this journey.\nThe night features live performances from an incredible lineup that we can’t wait to share\, and the The Farewell Cookout Mixtape also drops the same night.\nAdmission is pay what you can\, even if that means nothing at all. 1PrettyRicky does not want money to be the reason a single person misses this night.
